Online ordering
Restaurant online ordering, built on LINGA
An order placed on your own site arrives in the same system as one taken at the counter — it does not have to be read off a tablet and typed in again during service. BizTracker builds online ordering into the LINGA systems it specifies, installs, trains and supports.
Remote setup and training nationwide. Onsite service across Tampa Bay.
What does restaurant online ordering actually change?
Where the order lands. An order from your own site goes into the same system as a counter order, reaches the kitchen the same way and is reported with everything else. An order from a third-party app arrives on that app’s tablet, and somebody re-keys it. That is the difference worth paying attention to; everything else about online ordering follows from it.
Most restaurants that come to us are not trying to replace the third-party apps. They are trying to stop re-keying the orders that come through them, and to have somewhere of their own for the customers who would rather order direct.
- One system, one kitchen ticketA web order should not be a second workflow during a rush.
- Your own storefrontThe customers who would rather order direct can.
- Reported with everything elseChannel performance is a question the owner should be able to answer.
- One team for setup, training and supportThe same model as BizTracker’s retail systems.
What your own menu looks like online, how modifiers are presented and how pickup and delivery are handled are worth seeing built for your restaurant before you choose any system.

Restaurant online ordering questions
Will this replace the delivery apps?
That is your decision, not ours to promise. Most restaurants keep the apps for reach and add their own ordering for the customers who would rather order direct. What we can say is that an order placed on your own site does not have to be re-keyed.
What about the commission the apps charge?
What an app charges you is between you and the app, and we are not going to quote you a saving on it. Tell us what your channel mix looks like and we will be straight about what changes and what does not.
Does the kitchen see web orders the same way?
Yes, where kitchen display is part of the same system. Ask to see a web order arrive on the kitchen screen in the demo.
Can I take payment online?
The payment path is specified with the system. What that involves for your restaurant is settled as part of the specification rather than assumed here.
Do you build the site?
Tell us what you have today and we will say what the ordering flow needs from it before anything is quoted.
Is this the same platform as your retail systems?
No. Retail runs on Infinity; restaurants and bars run on LINGA. Which applies is settled before anything is specified.
