These Terms of Service govern your use of biztracker.com and purchases from BizTracker POS ("BizTracker," "we," "us," or "our").

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Descriptions

Product specifications, compatibility information, photographs, and other manufacturer information may originate from the applicable manufacturer.

Product appearance or specifications may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate but do not guarantee that every description, image, specification, or other item of information is error-free.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price, specification, availability status, or other material error, BizTracker may cancel or limit the order. Any amount already collected for a canceled item will be refunded.

4. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in the order.

BizTracker reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.

Online payments are processed through Shopify and its supported payment services.

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Warranties

Products are covered by their applicable manufacturer's warranty.

Except as otherwise expressly stated in writing, BizTracker does not provide an additional product warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

7. Services

POS software, installation, programming, training, technical support, merchant processing, and other professional services may be governed by separate written agreements.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding those services, the separate written agreement controls.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account and ordering information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

BizTracker may suspend or restrict accounts used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The original content and materials on this website belong to BizTracker or its licensors.

Manufacturer trademarks, product names, logos, photographs, and other manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided "as is" and "as available."

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BizTracker's liability for a claim relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid to BizTracker for that product.

BizTracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses to the extent such limitations are permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

BizTracker may update these Terms periodically.
