Local and nationwide

A showroom in Tampa Bay, and implementation across the country

You can see a system running before buying one, and have somebody stand at your counter on go-live day — if you are in Tampa Bay. Everywhere else gets the same implementation done remotely, which is how most of it is done anyway.

Showroom and onsite service across Tampa Bay. Remote implementation nationwide.

Does BizTracker only serve the Tampa Bay area?

No. Systems are sold, configured and implemented nationwide, and that work is done remotely — the item file, the programming and the training are the same work wherever they are performed from. What Tampa Bay additionally gets is a showroom to see a system running, and onsite service when hands on the counter are genuinely needed.

The distinction worth being clear about: remote is the normal way implementation happens, not a reduced version of it offered to people who live too far away.

  • Nationwide sale and implementationThe work that matters is configuration, and it travels.
  • A showroom in Tampa BaySeeing a system run answers questions a page cannot.
  • Onsite service across Tampa BaySome problems need somebody at the counter.
  • Hardware ships configuredEquipment should arrive ready, not in a box of defaults.

Onsite visits are a Tampa Bay service. Outside the area, support and implementation are remote, and we say so upfront rather than at the point somebody needs a visit.

What retailers ask before committing

  • "Can you support me if you are not local?"

A fair question, and the wrong answer to it costs trust later.

Most support is remote regardless of distance, because most issues are configuration.

    Support
  • "I want to see it before I buy it"

Committing to a system from photographs is uncomfortable, reasonably.

The Tampa Bay showroom exists for exactly that; elsewhere we walk it through live.

    Tampa Bay POS systems
  • "Who sets it up if nobody visits?"

The fear is a box of parts arriving with a manual.

Hardware ships configured and go-live is attended remotely.

    Installation and training
  • "What happens when a lane goes down at 4pm?"

Downtime is measured in customers, not minutes.

Local and remote questions

Do you sell outside Florida?

Yes. Systems are sold and implemented nationwide, and the implementation is done remotely.

Can I visit the showroom?

Yes, in Tampa Bay. Get in touch and we will arrange a time to see a system running.

Is remote implementation as good as onsite?

For the work that decides whether a system succeeds — item file, programming, training — it is the same work. Onsite matters when something physical has to be handled.

Do you offer onsite service outside Tampa Bay?

Not as a standard service. We say that upfront rather than at the moment somebody needs a visit.

Who answers the phone?

The same team, on the same weekday hours, wherever the store is.

Tell us where you are and what you run

We will say plainly what we can do remotely, and what a visit would add if you are in Tampa Bay.
