POS review
A POS recommendation, based on how your store actually runs
The BizTracker POS Business Review is free and there is no obligation to buy anything. Describe the store and we come back with a specification: the platform, the lane count, the peripherals per counter, the payment path and the implementation work. You see what is proposed and why before any number is discussed.
A Free, no-obligation POS Business Review. No rate or price quoted before scope is known.
What is a Free POS Business Review?
A structured conversation that ends in a written specification rather than a brochure. We ask what the store sells, how it trades, how many lanes it needs at its busiest, what is on the counters now and how payments are taken. Then we come back with what we would specify and the reasoning behind each part, so you can disagree with the reasoning rather than the price.
It is genuinely fine for the outcome to be "keep what you have". That happens, and saying so is worth more to us than a sale that goes wrong in month three.
- It ends in a specificationA recommendation you cannot see the reasoning for is a guess.
- Scope before priceA number attached to nothing changes the moment scope arrives.
- Existing equipment is checkedReplacing working peripherals is spend with nothing to show.
- "Keep what you have" is a real outcomeSometimes the current setup is already reasonable.
This is not an instant quote and it is not a configurator. A person reads what you send and answers it, which takes longer than a form and is worth more.
What happens next
How it goes
Four steps, and the first one is the only one that needs you.
1. You describe the store
What it sells, how many registers, what it runs today.
2. We ask what is missing
Data conversionUsually the busiest hour, the counter layout, and whether data has to move.
3. You get a specification
Build a POS systemPlatform, lanes, counter hardware, payment path and implementation, with reasons.
4. Then, and only then, a number
What a POS system costsQuoted against that scope rather than ahead of it.
Why people hesitate
-
A Free POS Business Review sounds like a sales pitch
Nobody wants to trade an hour for a brochure.
The output is a written specification you keep, whoever you buy from.
-
Worried about being locked into a quote
A review that ends in pressure is not a review.
There is no obligation, and keeping your current system is a valid result.
-
Not sure what information is needed
It is easier to put off than to start.
Three things get it moving: what you sell, how many registers, what you run now.
-
Worried the recommendation is whatever we stock
A fair concern with any dealer.
The reasoning comes with the specification, so you can check it against your own store.

About the review
What does the Free POS Business Review cost?
Nothing, and it commits you to nothing. The specification is work we do to earn the business, and you keep it either way.
How long does it take?
It depends on how complicated the store is. A single-lane shop is quick; a multi-department grocery with a data conversion takes longer, and we would rather take the time.
Will you tell me a price on the call?
Not before scope is settled. A number attached to nothing changes once the scope arrives, and that is the change people remember.
What if I should keep my current system?
Then that is what we will say. It happens, and it is worth more to us than a sale that goes wrong later.
Do you review payment processing too?
If you want it looked at, send a statement. It is read before anything is recommended, and no rate is promised beforehand.
Start with the three things
What the store sells, how many registers it runs, and what it uses today. Everything else follows from those. Choose New POS System / Sales on the contact form, or Upgrade or Replace My Current POS if you already have one.
