Support
Support from people who know your system
Support is answered by people who can see how your store is set up, weekdays from 9 to 5. Remotely across the country, and onsite across Tampa Bay.
Weekdays 9 to 5. Remote nationwide, onsite across Tampa Bay.
What support does BizTracker provide?
Help with the system you run, from people who can see how it is configured rather than reading from a script. Support hours are weekdays, 9 to 5. Most issues are handled remotely because most issues are configuration rather than hardware; where hardware has to be touched, Tampa Bay gets an onsite visit and everywhere else is handled by shipping and remote setup.
We also take over support for systems we did not sell, where we are able to support them. That is one of the more common reasons retailers come to us.

- Remote first, because most issues are configurationA setting is faster to fix than a visit is to schedule.
- Onsite across Tampa BaySome problems genuinely need hands on the counter.

This is not a 24/7 service and we will not describe it as one. Standard support hours are weekdays 9–5.
What support covers
The things stores actually call about
Mostly software and configuration, occasionally hardware, sometimes both at once.
The system itself
Infinity POSConfiguration, programming, permissions and the settings behind a workflow that changed.
The counter hardware
Hardware for InfinityPrinters, drawers, scanners and scales that have stopped doing what they did yesterday.
The item file

When payments stop

Why support is a buying decision, not an afterthought
-
The dealer stopped answering
A register failure becomes an emergency with nobody to call.
We take over support for existing equipment where we can support it.
Switching POS systems -
Support does not know your setup
Every call starts from scratch and the same thing gets explained again.
Support is answered by people who can see how the store is configured.
About BizTracker -
The software is no longer updated
Compliance and payment changes become risks you cannot act on.
Replace the software; keep the hardware that is still supportable.
Replace unsupported software -
A lane is down and nobody agrees whose fault it is
The store waits while two vendors point at each other.
One system and one number, which is the argument for integrating the payment path too.

Support questions
What hours is support available?
Standard support hours are weekdays 9–5. We do not offer 24/7 support and will not imply otherwise.
Do you support systems you did not sell?
Where we are able to support them, yes. Tell us what you run and we will say plainly whether we can help.
Is support remote or onsite?
Remote first, because most issues are configuration rather than hardware. Tampa Bay gets onsite visits where hands on the counter are genuinely needed.
What does support cost?
Standard technician support is $100/hour during weekday business hours, unless covered by a support plan or other agreement. That rate is for support — installation, training, data conversion and project work are scoped and quoted separately, because the effort involved depends on the store.
How do I get help right now?
Call the number on this page during weekday hours, or send us the details and we will come back to you.
Tell us what the system is doing
What the store runs, what changed, and what it is doing now, is usually enough to say whether it is a setting, a device or something else. Choose Service & Technical Support on the contact form.
