Scale service in Tampa Bay
Scale calibration, setup and repair for stores that sell by weight
BizTracker provides local scale calibration, setup, troubleshooting and repair across Tampa Bay, and connects compatible scales to the POS system at the counter. It is the service for the retail scales we sell, and for the CAS and Ishida scales we are asked about, for delis, meat and seafood counters, produce departments and other retail stores that charge by the pound.
Onsite in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties. Remote help elsewhere where it is supported.
Where do you provide scale service, and what do you promise?
Onsite scale service is available in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties, and nearby locations are handled by request.
Outside that area we can help with remote setup or programming assistance where it is supported for your scale, but we do not promise an onsite calibration visit there. Tell us the make, model and where the scale is, and the first reply says what we can do for it.

Whether a scale must be inspected, registered or approved for legal-for-trade use depends on your location and how it is used. We do not promise a certification or an approval in advance.
What we do
Putting a scale into service, and keeping it accurate
Each request is for a specific scale in a specific store, so the first step is always the model and the counter it sits at.
Calibration and accuracy checks
Checking weighing accuracy when a scale is installed, moved or repaired, and on request afterwards.
Installation and setup
Installation and trainingGetting a new scale running at the counter: placement, configuration and the settings the store uses to sell by weight.
Troubleshooting and repair
SupportA scale that reads wrong, will not communicate or will not print. Tell us what it does and the model, and we say whether we can help.
POS integration
Scales and the POSConnecting a compatible scale or label-printing scale to the POS system. Compatibility and label behavior are confirmed for the actual model before the workflow is specified.
Before you ask
Do you service scales you did not sell?
Send the make and model with your request and the reply says whether we can service it. We would rather tell you no than promise a visit we cannot make well.
Will you certify my scale?
We do not promise a certification, a registration or an approval. What applies depends on your location and how the scale is used, and we confirm it with you before any work is scheduled.
What if I am outside Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco?
Ask anyway. Nearby locations are handled by request, and for others we can offer remote setup or programming help where it is supported. We do not promise an onsite calibration outside the area.
Which scales do you sell?
CAS retail scales: price computing, POS interface and label-printing models for grocery, deli, meat, seafood and produce counters. Ask us about Ishida retail scales, which are quoted case by case. WeighHQ carries the wider range of weighing equipment, including commercial and industrial scales.
Setting up the whole counter?
A scale is one device in a system that also has to handle the rest of the store. Build a POS System works through the register, scanner, printer and scale together, and a person checks the specification before anything is quoted.
