- Internal use only. This software is an internal tool of the Company. It is not offered, licensed or supported for any other person or business, and no one may connect another QuickBooks company to it.
- Authorization. It operates only on the Company's QuickBooks Online company after the Company's QuickBooks administrator grants access through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 consent. Access may be revoked at any time in QuickBooks or with the software's disconnect command.
- What it does. For eligible approved orders it creates a single purchase order in the Company's QuickBooks company and emails it once to the Company's supplier. It does not modify existing QuickBooks transactions and it refuses to create a purchase order that duplicates an existing one.
- Responsibility. The Company's authorized personnel are responsible for reviewing exceptions and alerts and for the accuracy of the configuration (approved items, suppliers and costs).
- No warranty. The software is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
- Privacy. Use of data is described in the accompanying Privacy Policy.
- Intuit. Access to QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit's terms for its developer platform and QuickBooks Online.
- Changes. The Company may update these terms by posting a new effective date.
