SAM4s ER-4915 Replacement

The SAM4s ER-4915 is discontinued. CRS lists it as a raised-key register with dual-station dot-matrix printing, department-based operation and support for convenience/gas-store style applications.

Best current starting point: SAM4s ER-915E

Classification: closest current fit. The ER-915E preserves the traditional raised-key commercial-ECR layout and dual-printer concept, but current models use thermal printing and modern interfaces.

Important differences

Paper, printer technology, validation workflow, programming and peripheral support differ substantially. This is not a drop-in swap.
