Talk to somebody who has installed one
Not a queue and not a script. Tell us what the store sells and what it runs today, and the reply comes from somebody who could specify the system themselves. For a demo, a hardware price or support, choose that topic on the form.
Weekdays 9 to 5. Nationwide remote, Tampa Bay onsite.
How do I get in touch with BizTracker?
Use the form below, or call during weekday business hours. What gets a useful answer fastest is three things: what the store sells, how many registers it runs, and what it uses today. With those we can usually say something worth knowing in the first reply rather than the third.
If you already have a system and something is wrong with it, lead with that. It is a different conversation from buying one, and it reaches the same people either way.
- Standard support hoursWeekdays 9–5, and not 24/7.
- What the store sells matters mostIt decides the platform before anything else does.
- Already have a system? Say so firstTaking over support is a different conversation from buying.
- Nationwide, not only Tampa BayRemote implementation is how most of it is done.
This is not a 24/7 service and we will not describe it as one. Standard support hours are weekdays 9–5.
Choosing a topic
Which topic to choose, and what to include
Each topic routes the message to the right conversation. What you put in the message is what makes the first reply useful.

Build a POS SystemBuying a system. Include what the store sells, how many registers it needs and what it uses today.
Request a Demo

Other / General Question
About BizTrackerAnything that fits none of the other topics. It reaches the same people as the rest.
Before you write
What are your hours?
Standard support hours are weekdays 9–5. We do not offer 24/7 support and will not imply otherwise.
Do you work with stores outside Florida?
Yes. Systems are sold and implemented nationwide, remotely. Onsite service is a Tampa Bay service, and we say so upfront rather than at the point somebody needs a visit.
Can I ask a question without buying anything?
Yes, and people do. If the honest answer is that you should keep what you have, that is the answer you will get.
Can I see a system before deciding?
In Tampa Bay, in the showroom. Elsewhere we walk through it live rather than sending photographs.
Which topic should I choose?
The topic guide on this page describes each one. If none fits exactly, choose the closest, or "Other / General Question", which is a real option rather than a dead end. Nothing depends on getting it exactly right.
What should I leave out of the message?
Card numbers, bank account details, passwords and statement details. To have a statement reviewed, choose Merchant Processing Review and ask for the review; the statement itself does not go in the message.
Not ready to write yet?
Build a POS System works through the same questions at your own pace, from what the store sells to how cards are taken, and a person checks the specification before anything is quoted.
