On Monday, we will cover the Biztracker Point Of Sale and on
Tuesday, we will cover the Multi-Store, Windows Mobile
Assistant, Electronic Price Book, Credit Card Processors and
additional features. If there is a Holiday on Monday - we do not
have training that week.

We have in-house training schedules available once a month but they fill up fast. Contact us for the week you wish to attend and for how many people and secure a seat. We limit training to 20 people at a time.
If you wish, we can send a trainer to your site for a flat fee. Have as many people as you want at the training. Sometimes this is the most cost effective way to train all of your people. Usual cost is $750.00 per day ( out of office ) plus expenses. Call for firm quote!

$300.00 for the first person at our training site, $200.00 for each additional person from your party during the same period.

DAY 1 - POS coverage
Training will begin with a brief overview of the retail business cycle, system overview, and optional features.
Initial setup procedures - user options, company setup options, default setup options, peripheral setup procedures (printers, cash drawers, laser scanners, pole displays, barcode printers and programmable keyboards), and discussion of pre installation planning.
Network setup procedures - Microsoft Windows 2000/XP network setup of Biztracker Point of Sale.
Salesperson setup - setup of security options of clerks, commissions, functions.
Inventory - explanation of the main inventory screen, how to add inventory, functionality of the tabs, as well as the sub-menus. Details about setting min/max quantities, multi-priced items, kits, matrix items, etc.
Vendors - vendor maintenance functions, purchase orders, receiving with & without purchase orders, and accounts payable.
Lunch - 12:00 - 1:00
Customer - customer database setup, tax structures, credit limits, accounts receivable, purchase history, billing and invoicing.
Button and screen setup and layout.
Sales - selling on different hardware platforms, standard PC, touch screen & custom keyboard (intergraded systems)
Reports - review standard reports, close of day, and report generator.
Demonstration and basic selling techniques for Biztracker

DAY 2 - Optional for SQL-Multi-Store
Review any questions on the Point of Sale.
Applications - review different sales applications for Biztracker to include the new PDA software.

Dealers will receive a free N.F.R. (Not For Resale) copy at the training class.
